The Cohen piece was originally published in his 1978 book, DEATH OF A LADY'S MAN. In my opinion, his best book. An underrated classic (and kind of a companion piece to his 1977 album, DEATH OF A LADIES' MAN)---I was working on a project that set many of the pieces to music by a psychedelic dance trance punk funk band but the project had to be halted when I suffered a concussion and became homeless. Instead, what you hear is just a demo using the basic groove and chord changes from a song from the Death Of A Ladies Man album
